The Iraqi market has a constant need for fresh graduates who happen to lack the skill required to be effective in the market. These skills include soft skills, technical skills and so forth.
There are also some aspects of the labor market that are regularly neglected by the support entities. These are the technicians that work in manual labor jobs.
To many, these jobs seem stagnant and do not need any sort of development. However, as a fact of life, everything develops, even those kinds of jobs and the labor force within these jobs lack a lot of that development that is happening worldwide.
Thus, we have established ‘ASAS’ as an entity that would mitigate this prevalent issue.
ASAS is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to developing the skills of the youth so that they could become a part of the Iraqi private sector and capitalize on its potential, while propelling it forward.
