Our Vision
We believe that the future cannot be built without a solid foundation, and as of today the labor force responsible for that future is being built on a brittle foundation. What we are offering is hands-on training that cuts through the unnecessary fat and goes directly to the core needs of the market.
We believe that ASAS, Arabic for foundation, will be the foundation that fresh graduates and unskilled manual laborers will build upon as they enter the market.
Our Targets
Our targets are segmented into three categories. One, fresh graduates. Two, manual laborers. Three, current employees and business owners.
As for the first segment, we want to attract fresh graduates to push them towards entering the labor market through training opportunities that will develop their hard and soft skills based on their preferences and the path that they believe most befitting them. Then trying to match them with opportunities within the market that utilize their skills and passion.
As for the second segment, we want to develop the pool of manual laborers in Iraq who are stuck using 20th century technology and are not up to the technological advances that happened within the manual labor market globally. We want to provide the kind of hands-on training that will serve them to improve their employment opportunities and to link them with a larger pool of opportunities, once their skills match the modern global standards.
For the third category, the business owners and current employees who are in need of some assistance that would benefit them in improving their career trajectory and running their business according to international standards. We are offering them the training that would cater to their needs and would improve their performance to match what is expected of them.
